It’s been a few weeks since we’ve been back from Washington DC and now that the dust has settled, I thought I would share the experience with you.

First of all, the weather was perfect – hot and sunny every day!  Washington DC is a beautiful city with incredible architecture.  We spent hours walking around admiring the beautiful buildings, landscaped gardens and absorbing American history, including the World War II Memorial, the American History Museum, the Abraham Lincoln Memorial and my personal favourite, the Korean War Memorial.

The theme of the conference was Passion For Excellence and it was central to all the lectures. We attended lectures in Outstanding Customer Service, The Passion Centred Practice and The New Patient Process.  We have implemented new ideas and brought back new techniques and materials, which you as a patient will benefit from.  We look forward to welcoming you in our practice!

The 110th Annual Session, Passion for Excellence, will be held in Washington DC from 30 April – 4 May 2010.  Our practice will be travelling to the States to attend this exciting conference!

We look forward to browsing through the vast Exhibit Hall and seeing the many displays and products available there and hopefully bring some new and exciting products back with us!  We will be participating in many personal and professional development lectures, including ‘Exceptional Customer Service’ and ‘Outstanding New Patient Process’.  We hope to share many of these with you!

Our practice reopens on Thursday, 6 May 2010.
